Joy Konrad joined Provident in November of 2005 bringing with her 14 years of office experience. As Client Relations Coordinator, she provides a positive, professional, and welcoming environment to everyone.

Joy enjoys volunteering and is a music enthusiast who participates in various community choirs and events. She continues to enjoy updating her home in the country south of Oshkosh. She also likes the outdoors, boating, car shows, and walking her dog, "Cashew."
